All our breads are 100% sourdough and completely natural. We ferment them for over 30 hours so that they are deliciously healthy and nutritious.

We use stone-ground flours and organically grown wholemeal flours made in Mallorca.
For our fresh ingredients, we collaborate with small local producers and farmers.

The result is a real bread that feels good and is good for you.
