Our first shop, where it all began! Until 2025, it housed our main kitchen space; now it’s a dynamic space for workshops on making 100% sourdough bread. Located in the heart of Palma.

UCO Bakery Olivar

The little UCO, our second location, in the heart of Palma’s gastronomic centre, next to the wonderful Mercat de l’Olivar.

UCO Bakery Portals

Open in 2024, it’s our first store outside of Palma. Located in Portals Nous main street, it is well connected to most Calvià Neighborhoods.

UCO Bakery Obrador

Open in 2026, our fourth shop and new production space! Here’s where all our 100% sourdough products are baked daily, right in front of our customers. Located next to the Church of San Sebastià and Plaza Madrid, in Palma.
