Bread with gluten-free flours of buckwheat, rice, oats, tapioca and psyllium. With organic pumpkin, sunflower, chia and flax seeds previously hydrated and activated to enhance and seal their benefits. 100% sourdough (rice) with more than 30 hours of natural fermentation.

NOT SUITABLE FOR CELIACS (it is made in the same workshop as the other breads).
